The Norwegian saxophonist Rolf Erik Nystrøm is one of the internationally leading saxophonists regardless of genre, especially in contemporary music, improvisation and in the ability of absorbing different styles, but with his own unique expression. He has also developed new ground-breaking playing techniques on the saxophone.
