ONDŘEJ BUDDEUS  (1984) is a Czech poet, editor and critic. Since 2011, he published several book projects in a variety of genres (from poetry collection, conceptual/collaborative project, literary daily agenda to children`s book) and his work has been translated into several languages. Ondrej is also translator from German (Monica Rinck, Uljana Wolf, Dagmara Kraus, Christian Futscher and other) and Norwegian (in 2012 Jan Erik Vold`s dikt i utvalg 1965-2012 entitled Little Circle, eller in 2014 Audun Mortensen dikt i utvalg entitled Out of office Reply). He co-curated the anthology project DISPLEJ.eu (2014) on contemporary German, Slovak and Czech poetry and was co-editor of the academic publication and anthology Sorting Out Words: Literature and Conceptual Tendencies 1949–2015. In 2013, Ondřej was awarded the Jiří Orten Prize, in 2014 the Magnesia Litera Prize and The Most Beautiful Czech Book Award for the children’s book Head in Head (with David Böhm).
